The next CCRB services funding cycle opens May 1, 2024 for 2025 new program funding and one-year contract renewal funding. This is a multi-step process and agencies should meet with the CCRB if they are not a contracted partner. Review our eligibility requirements before contacting the CCRB.

Step 1: Concept Paper Stage

    • Create an account with the CCRB’s application portal.
    • Concept Papers will be available May 1. The submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. on May 15, 2024.
    • All applicants must complete the Concept Paper to begin the 2025 application process.
    • Applicants must submit one concept paper per program proposal.
    • No supporting documents are required for the Concept Paper stage.
    • Late submissions are not accepted.

Once the Concept Paper is submitted, the CCRB staff will review the submission and you will receive email communication about the next steps.

Step2: Application Stage

  • Your program must receive an invitation to apply before the 2025 Application for Funding will open.
  • Applications for Funding will be available June 3. The submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2024.
  • All applicants must complete the Application for Funding to be considered.
  • Contracted partners with a one year contract must apply for a contract renewal, which is part of the Application for Funding.
  • Supporting documents are required in the Profile and Application sections.
  • New programs are eligible for a 1 year contract.
