Important Update: Changes to CCRB Funding Process
As of February 2025, CCRB’s Board of Directors approved several significant changes to our funding process. These updates are designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our funding allocations. The key changes are as follows:
- Contract Length: Contracts can now be awarded for up to three years for renewing programs. New programs will be eligible to receive a one-year contract.
- Staggering Applications: To streamline the review process, approximately one-third of renewal programs will be reviewed annually over a three-year cycle and will be grouped according to program focus/goals.
- Contract Start Date: Beginning July 2026, all contracts will start on July 1 and end June 30.
- New Programs. New program applications will be on pause in 2026. New applications will be accepted annually again starting in 2027.
From July 2025 to June 2026, the CCRB will transition current Agency Partners to their new funding cycles. Once the CCRB has transitioned Agency Partners to their new funding cycle, existing programs will be eligible to receive up to a 3-year contract.
