The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Missouri is available 24/7 to offer you free and confidential support whenever you need it. 988 offers crisis support in English and Spanish, as well as translation services in over 240 languages.
CCRB offers a Resource Brochure featuring free or low-cost services available through CCRB-funded service providers. Services are intended for St. Charles County youth and their families.

About CCRB
Using a voter-approved 1/8 cent sales tax, the Community and Children’s Resource Board (CCRB) funds local nonprofits to provide essential mental health and substance use treatment services for children under age 19 in St. Charles County.
CCRB-funded programs aim to
- Improve child emotional and mental well-being
- Strengthen and stabilize children and families
- Respond to the shifting mental health needs of youth.
